Welcome, dear friend! Here you will find an inside look into my life as a business owner and newlywed, helpful advice from years of studying wedding publications, and snippets of all things delightful as they delight my virtual travels. I'm so glad you're here!
This week came and went very quickly for me! I began the week with a raw food cleanse and carried my clean eating through most of the week. Sickness has been rampant here in the Northeast so I have been taking it easy and making rest a priority to be proactive with my health. I am still in the midst of finding a rhythm with my blog posts, so please bear with me as I continue to find my voice and polish my style. There is lots of Southern sweetness in this week’s collection. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
This precious moment shared between the bride and group is conveyed so well in this simple photo.
I really like the soft pink bridesmaids gowns, the lush bouquets, and the long ribbons that tie the blooms together. This sweet flowergirl photo was also captured at the same wedding:
The groom held a lollipop for sweet little Grace at the end of the aisle. I think that is such a cute idea!
This radiant bride has such a fresh, natural, joyful look about her. The multi-dimensional white bouquet makes an excellent complement to the lace detail on her gown.
Gif little jars of honey as favors is an idea fit for a wedding in the South. So sweet and simple.

Callie and Jamie’s wedding is my favorite that I’ve ever seen. They were determined to use their wedding day as an opportunity to praise God for bringing them together in marriage and they did an amazing job doing so! Their wedding was captured through video by Heart Stone Films and can be viewed here. I highly recommend watching it with a tissue in hand, as it is a heartwarming reflection of God’s hand in their lives and their day was a beautiful reflection of that.
The dress style and color chosen for Callie’s bridesmaids, as well as her florals, are also among my all-time favorites. The rich peacock color and long style of the flowing J. Crew gowns is beautiful and timeless. The ribbon bouquet wraps complemented them perfectly and looked stunning in the South Carolina breeze.
If weddings warm your heart too, I encourage you to view the first eight of my weekly wedding favorites here: November 21, November 30, December 7, December 14, December 21, January 4, January 11, and January 18. Even more inspiration can be found here and here.
